Le poste Your Mission We are looking for a DevOps / Ops Engineer to support our QShield product teams by driving CI/CD improvements, managing internal infrastructure, and ensuring smooth, secure software releases. This role is both technical and strategic — you will be expected to lead the CI harmonization effort across products and manage complex multi-platform environments.

What You’ll Do 🚀 Lead CI/CD Refactoring & Harmonization

• Overhaul and standardize CI pipelines across products using GitLab CI and Docker.

• Ensure they’re fast, reliable, secure, and developer-friendly.

📦 Release Management

• Package, version, and deliver releases to clients. Define processes and tooling for reproducibility and traceability.

🐳 Administer GitLab & Runners

• Handle runners configuration, Docker image maintenance, and performance tuning.

🔐 Drive Security Best Practices

• Collaborate with security experts to enforce system hardening, monitoring, and audit readiness.

⚙️ Automate Everything

• Build tools and scripts to automate tasks, monitor environments, and support developers (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible).

Profil recherché

• What We’re Looking For ✅ Solid experience as a DevOps, Infra, or Build/Release Engineer. ✅ Strong command of GitLab CI and containerized build systems. ✅ Comfortable working across OSes and managing hardware. ✅ Proactive, structured, and willing to lead CI modernization efforts. ✅ Available to work from the Paris office when needed for hardware setup.

• Nice to Have 🛡️ Background in cybersecurity or software protection. 📱 Familiarity with mobile development and embedded platforms. 🔄 Experience delivering B2B software or working in regulated environments.
