The Role

We are seeking a Project Manager for our Toulouse, France office to lead complex, multi-domain projects spanning security, defence, digital, and space sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects from inception through completion with timely delivery

• Establish project governance and manage risk escalation

• Lead cross-functional teams across the organization

• Ensure TEKEVER meets contractual and capability commitments

• Develop tailored stakeholder reports and maintain project communication

• Build strong customer relationships and manage expectations

• Undertake frequent international travel to customer locations

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in relevant field

• Aerospace or UAS industry knowledge

• Experience managing multi-disciplinary technical projects

• Proven success delivering complex projects under tight timelines

• Strong cross-functional team leadership experience

• Senior-level stakeholder engagement ability

• Advanced proficiency in English (C2 level mandatory)

• Quick learner with ability to integrate new technologies

• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities

• Passion for aerospace and innovation
