The Role

This is a full-time hybrid position (32-40 hours/week) focused on customer onboarding and project delivery. You'll guide customers in defining success metrics and implementing data-sharing programs while supporting them with data analytics use cases.

What You'll Do

• Guide customers in defining success metrics and implementing data-sharing programs

• Support customers with data analytics use cases and basic troubleshooting in Python

• Advise on organizational and legal aspects of privacy-focused data sharing

• Monitor satisfaction levels to identify expansion opportunities

• Manage projects with mixed technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• Required: Master's degree with 3–5 years relevant experience in customer success, project management, or strategy consulting

• Basic Python skills and data analysis affinity

• Project management experience with diverse stakeholders

• Interest in data science and privacy technologies

• Fluency in Dutch and English
