Manufacturing Operations Lead (UK)

You will sit at the centre of factory execution. Your role is to plan, coordinate and drive production logistics across machines, people and materials to ensure we hit quality and on-time delivery targets.

Build and manage daily and weekly production schedules across CNC machines and teams

Coordinate labour, materials, tooling and inspection capacity

Work closely with machinists, CAM programmers and quality engineers to ensure smooth job flow

Monitor throughput, machine utilisation, OTD and WIP levels

Identify bottlenecks using time studies and workflow analysis

Escalate and resolve production conflicts quickly and decisively
